City relations

okay this has been bugging me for a while. Exactly what does your relationship with a city do. With villages its obvious, cause you get more recruits, but why bother in a city. Is there any point in spending that 1000 in the tavern?

  First spending money on beer is not the best way. The best way is to go to the guild master and do a few quests for him. 2nd it helps you by lowering the cost at the merchents.

Yeah, I kinda wished you could levy militia from the city if you owned it, city disposition = number of volunteers..but sadly no avail..

The best way is to do the guild master quests, i typically do them until I'm asked to transport a cow across the world- thats when i draw the line.I hate cows.


Beer money can be very expensive, very slow, and inefficient...yet i still do it

Not really, you get money and relationship increase for helping the guild master plus cheaper eqiuptment to buy ... how is that rubbish?
