Resolved Children have wrong and too weak start stats

Here I would like to report 2 issues, sreenshots:

1.Children started with 10 free attribute points but 0 focus points.
2.Even Children started with 10 free focus points correctly, it is still weaker than your start character too much.

I think if a RPG force you pick 2nd character to replace first charater one day, for QoL the 2nd character should be "better" than first character, even it is not stronger than the first character at first, it should at least have more potential than the first character, not like this much weaker.
