Cant build siege engines as defenders, but the AI can.

I can't build siege Engines as the Defender, but the AI does that automatically.
Is there any possibility that i doing a mistake here, or is there some setting for this behaviour ?

You have zoom right in on the siege and you will see blue markers on the top of towers etc, you have to left/right? click those and choose a siege weapon (Ballista, catapult, bucket) . The color will then turn green and wait in the list of things to build. You will see the progress bar and the speed of building will depending on your engineering skill.

if you look here, my sieges have the stop symbol on them, i dont know why i can't build or change, or stop them from building.
It's my Town, so it should be possible.
can i toggle that somehoe in the settings ?

I think it’s only possible in the 1.2 beta version of the game.
