Currently in the Options under Mouse and Keyboard you can change your hotkeys. HOWEVER. If you select a key that is already in use by another option it won't let you assign it. That wouldn't be so bad if you could just unassign keys- but you CANNOT.
I play on a 60% keyboard and want to remap all of my Orders from the F row to the number row. To do this I need to assign all the Select Groups to an unused key, then assign the number row to my orders.
Most games simply override the old input, so here's my SUGGESTION: simply override my old key binds with the new ones.
