Summary:cant purchase from one of my own caravans
How to Reproduce:wait outside of city, purchasing from other caravans trying to manipulate city markets, able to do this with all by my own clan caravan which goes into the city and sells goods, messing up my plan

I cannot purchase goods from one of my own caravans when I meet them on the map. I'm outside a city and can purchase from other caravans, but not my own. I have sent saves with other tickets with this information. What else do you need? Please ask questions if that is not clear. thank you
