"Can not get access from your platform service"

Been trying to log into multiplayer again and get this message? Running the game on steam. Was working fine before!

Just keep trying. It will log in eventually when you keep clicking it long enough.

really? it seems so certain that i have no access and kicks me from game! Il try though thx!

Yea it's been a problem for a while, but it lets you log in if you are patient and keep clicking

Ok i tried like 20 times and nothing. It just says more or less immediately that they cant access the platform service (steam presumably?)

Weird. Maybe Steam restart and try again. Otherwise i'm out of options...

Yeh i thought it was weird was expecting to see it as a common problem on the forums but apparently just me! Thanks anyway man.. Will let you know if it gets resolved!

If it helps i think it started when i reinstalled the game

I think this issue just happens from time to time. The only solution seems to be just waiting, although it may take a few hours for it to correct itself.

Hope so... feel like its been almost 24 hours at this point.. First time it happened thought nothing off it but starting to wonder now. I uninstalled the game yesterday and installed it again today. Switched to 1.4.1 before i did that to start another run. Pve is working ok although im getting these odd flickers on the screen ive never seen before (5-600 hours in) and the MP wont work lol!

Are you trying to play MP on 1.4.1? If so, there are no servers for the beta branch, so that would be what's causing the issue.

Ah that will be it! I thought it was just all the same in multiplayer my bad!

So i cant test the beta and play MP that is kinda annoying though just saying

Yeah, I agree. What's worse is that MP updates are often pushed to the beta branch before the stable, so players are unable to test the new things in the patchnotes until the next update when the beta gets moved to the stable branch.
