Can mods be added to console

I mean mods help with the long gaps between updates. And if console could also get mods like other game it would help plenty is it possible.

They wont, consoles rarely get mods, except a privileged few but Bannerlord will not

It's very unlikely that Consoles will get mods for Bannerlord. In order for that to happen, TW would have to take responsibility for the mods. It's unlikely that have the staff to review all of the code for the mods, which they would need to do if they "sign off" on them. It's not like on PC where you can do whatever you want, the games on Consoles are restricted.
