Add a way to copy your character face on console and other quality of life improvements related to characters.

As the title says, we need a way to copy characters from one save to another on consoles, it's hard and boring having to make a new character every time, ctrl+c ctrl+V doen't work on consoles.

Also there should be a system to switch between characters on your clan without retiring.

The aging of characters should add a option to make it age faster or slower to the like of the player, since this can add RP value.
