[Bug] Skills not working

So far I've noticed Prominence not doing anything it's supposed to give you +1 influence.

List of known skills not working.

I'll be updating the list, with my own tests and other players.

I'd like to add "Crossbow Cavalry" perk to the list. Not working.

Forest Hunter isn't working, too. Honestly, most of the skills are not working.

True. Leadership perks to the list.

The perk that gives you +3 arrows at the start of battle also doesnt work

Same goes for throwing weapon +1 stack, doesnt working with horse skill and with throwin weapon skill perks.

I think NO perks are working, during test can't get any to work, tried nourish settlement, night vision, extra throwing weapon, spare throwing weapon, fully armed... I suspect none of the +% damage etc are working either. Blacksmithing does unlock things however.

The SKILLS themselves however work fine. Steward increases party size etc.

+1 , PERKS definetely needs reworking , most of them do not work.
