Bug or feature?

If you get the "Everything has a price" perk before you join a kingdom and start to buy fiefs, as a neutral clan, the kingdoms does not start war. You can buy the entire map peacefully. Possibly due to an old save with a failed main quest, it is a slow skill to level. No mods or cheats.

I made a similar thread regarding that perk. No response to it. My complaint was also that you always get more money and thiefs once you start trading them, so “everything has a price” becomes an op cheat to just get everything for free
