[BUG] CTD as a spectator

crashed to desktop, while in spectator mode, not touching anything on the computer.
here is the error message:

RGL ERROR
failed is_valid_index(i)(i=1036);hint_number=0

Everybody seems to get this on map change, and if they try to reconnect right away. Sucks some major balls.

But thats new info that it happens in spec, ill add that to the occurences. If you see any others, be sure to report on the thread linked above.  There appears to be alot of them this patch for whatever reason
