The overall party morale is displayed in the lower right corner of the party screen, but it's also possible to see a single unit's morale in the middle by cliking on that unit. With redshirts it's obviously the same as party morale, but companions have their morale tracked separately, and it doesn't display properly, it displays the overall morale even when a companion is selected. To see their true morale it's necessary to talk to them and hover over their face.
