The game isn't translating files for you by itself, you have to create language folders and make the translations for the strings.

If it doesn't work after you did what I told you and what Earendil suggested then you're doing something wrong, sorry.
At least it would be helpful to know what doesn't work. Are some errors appearing, is it not showing up correctly, etc.
for some reason it did not work, I decided to change the name of the string and there it worked very well now....
Could it be because the string name had capital letters?
before: ("The_Life_of_Alixenus_the_Great," The Life ^^ of ^^ Alixenus the Great")
