A high scouting will give an advantage in outmanuover the enemy on the campaign map.

There is a perk that halfs the speed penalty of wounded troops. It´s either in medicine or leadership.
A caravan leaders main objective should be to stay out of danger. If your caravan leader earns 1000 each day is still bad if they are captured each 10 day.
