Best Perks for a Caravan Trader?

Does anyone knows a good build for caravan trader? What should focus or what not?

I want make my younger brother, caravan trader, since it's hard to find a companion with this skill on the Empire

Scouting is number one. There is a perk at 175 that lowers the disorganized state by 15%.
A high scouting will give an advantage in outmanuover the enemy on the campaign map.
I find that number one.
There is a perk that halfs the speed penalty of wounded troops. It´s either in medicine or leadership.

A caravan leaders main objective should be to stay out of danger. If your caravan leader earns 1000 each day is still bad if they are captured each 10 day.
