Bannerlord on Xeon processors

Users who are viewing this thread

Hello everyone!

I've got a bit of a niche question...I'm currently running Bannerlord on the following configuration:
OS: Windows 10 Education 64-bit
GPU: Sapphire nitro+ RX VEGA56 (8GB)
CPU: Intel Core i7 6700 @ 3.40GHz
RAM: 24.0GB Dual-Channel DDR4 @ 1202MHz (17-17-17-39)
Motherboard: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. PRIME Z270M-PLUS (LGA1151)
Storage Device (HDD/SSD): 476GB KBG40ZNV512G KIOXIA SSD

However, since I would like to use my PC for data analysis and light rendering, I've been considering moving to an Intel Xeon configuration (most likely E5-2697A V4) and ECC ram.I would still like to be able to play some games (including Bannerlord for sure).Does anyone here run a Xeon configuration and how well does it work in your experience?

Right now I'm running the game at the highest preset (and 600-800 battlesize) and I would like to keep it that way.
