Banner black mark texture

Apologies if this has been brought up before but is there any way using the modding kit to fix the black marking texture bug of banners within scenes? e.g

That sounds like it's been fixed, but not in a stable build yet. Have you tried testing whether the bug's still occurring in the public Beta version, which you can access via Steam?
