Not a huge issue as it only effects the player and it's obviously up to us as to whether we want to exploit this or not, but currently if you force notables to give you recruits you get access to the entire recruit pool, including higher tier troops and noble units. This makes it much easier to recruit higher tier troops in enemy territory than it is to recruit in your own faction most of the time. It also doesn't seem to cause any relations decrease with the notables, which may be a bug now I think about it.
