Altering or disabling the forcefield

What file would you need to alter to do the some changes to the shield forcefield.

You can make the shield skill useless by changing the bold 10 (skill limit) to 0.

shield have size, so its easy to change it. Board shield have (not sure), about 80 size, I think it is the forcefield

He means the invisible growth in shield size caused by the shield skill.
