All towns / castles and troops have same color?

It appears to me that all towns / castles / villages and troops have the same light grey on the map. Is it a setting of this MOD or a bug?

Really hard to tell who's who.

It's the mod, not a bug.

You can see your relation with the party/faction by going over them with your cursor (red - enemy, green - friend)

In the readme you can find a way to fix this, but I actually liked this better after I got used to it. It makes for a nicer atmosphere.

Actually I liked it too. So I don't have to worry about the white or green troops or towns. I also feel the sense of danger when I'm around red areas.

I am divided on the issue.  I got used to it and grew to like it, but,
when I am close to uniting the country, I miss the feeling I used to
get when I zoomed out and everything was my faction's color.

What I would love to have is an option in the camp menu, which
displays a parchment looking map, with the cities in color.  Some
other mods have the 'strategic map' as part of kingdom management.
I wonder whether it would be possible to get JUST the map, without
the telepathic abilities that go with it.
