Need More Info All models and textures are completely black in a combat scene, only icons are visible

Summary: When I start a particular battle, everything is completely black, except for the troop icons. It seems like all the 3d models are being rendered, as I can see black silhoutettes of weapons, helmets etc. in front of some of the icons.
How to Reproduce: Load the savegame attached to the ticket and attack the enemy.

I've tried verifying the game files with no change. I've also tried to delete the shader cache and verifying, but that also didn't make any difference.
