AI assertion failure

I serve Swadia, and came to assist the Khergit Khan against the Vaegir King (hopefully my nemesis later in the game)
Went smooth but got that error - had to reboot everything up

Try pressing I, or Ignore, that should make it go away, it works for me if there is an error.

I found that things like that come up if you cheat heaps. 


If that doesn't work, export your character and then delete the save and start again, and import your character again.
