Need More Info After battle bug + visual bug

Hi,
I was attacked by an enemy army and barter 2 of them to join my side. After the battle one of them still trying to attack me but he can't do this as a fellow. I can't run away from him, every attempt to move on map leaves me with a chit-chat with this stalker. After few meetings, visual bug appeared.
