Dunno if its too much but the harem could add some morale buffs for companions/party - add in options to hold a party! a Big one
If in war with another kingdom or having a bad relation to gangs in the city there could be events where enemy´s can intervene the party. Like a surprise attack where you fight half naked vs. enemy´s in town armor.

Options to disguise into town to make an surprise attack
Options to hold a feast/party/bath/harem u name it ^^ adding more events for the game to improve the game experience
