Resolved Able to use bastard sword as 1handed

I was playing duel mode and after dropping all my weapons I was able to use my bastard sword as a 1hander, when I pressed x it switched to 2hander but if I pressed x again I couldn't switch back.
Not intended as 1handed without a shield was recently removed for bastard swords.

What was the perk selection you have there before the duel? Also was it Oathsworn of Battania?

Looking at the video it was spear and bastard sword.
