Resolved [1.5.5] Naked notables

Using the quick talk feature leads to some naked notables.

Can't say I've had this problem. You should list off your computer specifications and a save file, it's probably necessary

Save file uploaded. Take Itsul the Rock in Baltakhand for example.

I've run into this issue as well. It's rare, usually one or two notables for the whole game and almost always in cities and not villages. I've had this issues since 1.2. Didn't realize it was unreported, otherwise I would've brought it up.
