Resolved [1.5.1] Getting a "King Bonus" for influence while still a Tier 0 clan.

Summary: Upon starting a new playthrough, my character began to build influence through a "king bonus +3" in spite of not even having completed the first quest to rebuild the clan.
How to Reproduce: Create a new character and do nothing else. Influence accumulates.

Same here on a new game start and a previous game as an un-aligned character. Loaded another save as a mercenary and he wasn't getting the bonus, just solo player characters.
