I've argued much the same but people keep tell me but then you'd be a kingdom without territory. But unless you leave a kingdom and take the fiefs with you how else can you capture a town with only 100 or so men? Yeah TW really doesn't think things through sometimes.
Which is fine, but again if you want to capture a town without having to join faction or outright buy it that's really the only way.Only way for me is to wait for a weakness with a a fief being harassed all the time.

There's a perk in the trader line at 225 that allows you to barter for towns. The name is everything has a price. How can I do that? Barter? Any tips?
Looks like the perk has been moved to 300 in 1.5.4
Yeah I guess having fun isn't allowed in this game. Its not unreachable in a normal way, but would take ALOT of time and at that point Khuzait probably rule the world anyway.
With the herd movement penalty in effect even for horses it's not a very viable method now especially if you have to get to 300 trade in new campaigns. I hope they rethink that requirement.

Did you even see what I was commenting about? My quote has nothing to do with control over parties or the state of the game.Devs already said that more control over parties will be introduced. It's still unfinished game.
