A little request

Hi guys. I want to say that I just loved that mod, but there is something that keep bothering me...

Since my PC is old and old and mainly OLD, I have to play the M&B in the lowest graphics. I can play normally with it BUT when I fire several shots at the same place, the smoke lags my PC and it becomes really boring to move or aim. SO I want to know if there is any way to cut it off... I know there is a way, I just don't know how to do it.

I would give you the fix that was posted for the Eagle and the Radiant Cross, however I'm not sure if it'd work for 1866.
