Topic/Sticky cleanup

I'll be working on removing or merging topics prior to release.  Some of the sticky's may be deleted (if it is outdated), or merged together.  For instance, the Bugs sticky will probably be removed completely with a new one put in its place for the latest version.

Sounds good. The release will be completely different, so the bugs will be out of date. Thanks for contributing though, everyone.
