Hmm... Are you sure, that you are using this version? flora_mod.brf was in the older one. Were do you take this file?

But they are same. I think you download older version from nexus, isn't it? There is an older version, was taken from repository automatically, and i have no access to it.

Installation:
1. Make a backup of your mod.
2. Put all files from Graphical Pack folder to Modules\YourModName folder (for example
- C:\Program Files\Mount&Blade Warband\Modules\Native).
3. Open module.ini. Change the following lines from load_resource to load_mod_resource
load_resource = terrain_borders
load_resource = terrain_borders_b"

This is great, I got this with SoundRound-ing, and it is amazing.
Don't overwrite the flora_kinds.txt.
I think that is the problem.
