Good point. Soil is a natural filtration against irrigation water from the public water system to some degree. Best to grow your own food. Rain water is the best source of irrigation of course then well water. Sufficient space for water storage is important as well.
We can not eliminate all fluoride in our diet but we can make big cuts in our fluoride intake by making our own distilled water or going with a set up like ecoloblue, which by passes the tap altogether.
