You start off as Private or Lance Corporal if you are really good. A specialisation is chosen once you are Sergeant. Though you can be classed as a 'Trainee Sniper' which means you will be trained as a sniper and given that specialisation once becoming a Sergeant

Yes I did; Im sorry I cant make it, im at my dads house that weekend n all i got is my old s***** little laptop and I dont think warband works on it. Also after going on warband im gunna PM you some questions and suggestions so watch out for it.

You will join as a normal soldier and from then on once acquiring the rank of Sergeant you shall be assessed and put into a certain specilisation.
