Hey there awesome community!

A big SORRY from me, because I personally screwed up the bagpipers. 
To ease your pain we worked extra hard on solving this and other issues so I hope you don't kill me for it.

Changes in this version:
- Fixed bagpiper crash
- Fixed hat for Russian lancer
- Fixed unit selection screen, it should not bug and lag out anymore.
- When leaving server the musician sounds stop.
- Added more client side checking for music sounds, hopefully stop the sound lag.
- Minor other fixes I forgot.

Looking through the sound files, and playing the bagpipes through Audacity, they really aren't that bad. Albiet a bit annoying.
Good thing I don't play the UK often.

Bagpipes are awesome! Too bad there is a limit. Otherwise, we could be having nice orchestra event instead of shooting each other
