Where did you see that? According to moddb´s website they haven't announced such a winner.

EDIT: Never mind, found it.
 
You can still vote and write reviews etc. If we keep in the top 15 the mod will be constatnly on the left side of moddb.

Yesterday we were rank 2, now we are rank 14. Keep asking questions, comment pictures, talk about the mod, vote, and write reviews. Every post, every visit and every vote will keep us ontop of moddbs mod list and will give us a puplicity push. Visit the site every day one, or more time/s, write posts (even if they are stupid) and were done. Thank you !
