Wouldnt match a lot of Tourneys, because its League and not Knockout.
I think something like 12 of the big tourneys---> Diamond or Velvet is what i am able to come up with x)

Diamond or other premium color for only ones who won any ENL(division A only?), WNL(division A only?), ESC, ENPL or NC, nothing more, no DNL etc.

EDIT: I forgot NA, UNAC & other NA major tournaments may be counted.

Yeah I did, my bad, must be me who read the requirements wrong.
