Will There Be a Message Log?

M& B Warband has a message log so you can see what happened in the world while your attention was fixed on something else. I have discovered no such facility in Bannerlord. Is it coming?

If it is - I really would like to be able to filter it. Having a blow-by-blow of your field battle is nice, what with all the data on damage delivered and part hit, etc... but it's not what I want to plow through if I'm looking for news of a rival kingdom, or who is currently at war with whom.

I miss stuff all the time. I would be checking it constantly.
