Why cant i open my saved game???

Hi
at first my game crashed even before the start menu, but i have fixed that, but upon opening the game,
the game crashes when i try to run my saved file!!
any support would be appreciated.

The game saves to My Documents, so whatever Windows user you're running it as needs permission to access that folder for the account. I'd suspect it'll be the UAC "feature" causing the problem, try turning it off and see if it helps.

Oh, and if you've had the game installed before check the folder to see if there's already saves in there - it could just be you've used up all the save slots already; that being the case deleting one or two should fix it.
