Where is the next version?

The next version was meant to have come out months ago. This mod is my favorite mod, which says a lot because i play other good mods like pw. I was really looking forward to playing the next version, I read the description and it looked so cool. There are never any servers and when there is it's only a German server where the admins spawn kill.

OMG Caesar you don't really know.... Even if TONS of Bugs,glitches and script errors were fixed there's still a lot of things to work on! And Shredzorz is not working 24/7...
