There's a lot of other stuff there, including weapon modifiers, horse modifiers, and many other things that are still relevant despite a lot of things having changed in the Native Expansion mod. That, and the stickies at the top of the board, should be more than enough for newer or indecisive players.
Short answer: Lordly is better than Reinforced, and more expensive as a result, of course.

Originally, Jelkala had a chest containing the Strange Sword and Strange Boots. This chest is no longer accessible under normal conditions. It can be restored using edit mode by adding container_chest_c (not just chest_c).
