Need More Info War with Defeated Kingdom

Having defeated all Imperial Nations, North, South, West. And all lords etc moved to the Khuzait, A vassal I picked up from Battania who is still "at war" with them called a vote to go to war with the Western Empire which was defeated at least 10 years before came up. I thought, interesting, sure let's go to war. Now I'm at war with them they are 0 strength etc across the board. I'm able to pursue peace for 1650 a day. Thought this would be a bug to be noted as other clans probably shouldn't still be at war with other defeated kingdoms that will never rise in strength again as their Emperor is a vassal now.

As mentioned in another thread I'm unable to change my kingdom banner color either not sure if these two bugs are related at all, but thought I'd mention it as in 300 hours I've not seen either of these two bugs.

This was a bug in 1.80 as well.
