Yeah, it will be a normal 5 v 5 tourney split into group A and B.
We also wanted to announce that, we will be allowing advanced players to play in both Novice and Advanced so they can either form or play with a novice team as long as the novice team meets the 'novice' standards.
- I know that most players won't have the time to play more than 2 matches per week which is fine, but this option has been added for the people who have friends who are new or whatever and want to play with them as well as play in the advanced part. The advanced and novice parts of the tournament are completely independent so this will not conflict regarding rosters and matches.
We have decided to revise the ruling upon Novices and Experienced.
We will be keeping the tournament name however we will be changing the format, all teams will now be welcome but we will be placing 'novice' teams into one group and the more 'advanced' players into another group for example:
Novice will be in 'Group A' and the Advanced will be in the 'Group B' the novice team and the advanced team will be determined by the admin team.
Group A & B will play independently throughout the tournament and both will have knockout stages to complete it.
You are welcome to sign up whatever team you wish, we will then advise you on if it is a 'Advanced team' or a 'Novice Team'
The rule about one advanced player per novice team will still stand depending on the team and the player, also thank you to all the teams who have already signed up we will contact you on steam shortly to tell you if you need any changes made to your rosters.
We will now be accepting free agents and free commanders
- Free agents are players who do not have a team and want to join one.
- Free commanders are players with experience in leading and who would be willing to help out a team.
