Villages structures

I'm a Swadian Lord and I control Iyindah, a little village near Uxkhal, near Tevarin Castle. I built there the mill, the school and some other structure, but now I want to help Lady Isolla of Suno and I want know if when Lady Isolla will be the leader of Swadians that structures will remain in Iyindha.
Another thing: I can choose a great city like Uxkhal or Praven to Lady Isolla when I help she?

Not sure about the first one, but yes you can have towns that the Rebel faction captures assigned to you or anyone else.  You won't be able to capture them if you convince their lord to join your side, though.

of course anything you build in a village will remain. It's your village, why would anything happen to any improvements you built just because you completed the rebellion?

If the village is his fief from the Swadian king, he'll have to lose it before he starts the rebellion?...
