Summary: When testing on the campaign map (by replacing Empire_Village_03) all notables will spawn in a bunch completely in the wrong place. With some testing (when removing the soft border) I discovered that they will spawn directly at the south-western corner of the map (directly above the compass entity).
How to Reproduce: I suppose place a sp_notables_parent down on a village scene, but obviously it must be something more specific to my map i am unaware of.

- I have removed all other npc spawn points.
- I have tried using Sp_notables_parent on its own and also with with more than one.
- I have placed it above a navmesh set to ID 2.
- I have even tried with no spawn points at all and they still spawn in the corner.
- I have tried making a fresh save.
