I believe Cleon Legatus' household troops has been changed to Radiant Cross Plaguewardens, but I need to reconfirm though. Also, there's one Sarleon lord in 3.5 that has Clarion Call rangers and Laria Outriders, but I forgot who it was.

It would seem you are correct about Cleon Legatus, as for the Clarion Call Ranger lord, I think Duke Alamar carries them, but I didn't see Laria Outriders in his party and I'm not sure if he only carries them because he's lord of Laria.

I think it is Baron Hereward that got Larian outriders. Didn't see the usual Maiden Adventurers he previously had if i remember right. Edit: And can't check since he is captured at the moment

Legojack: Aelfried is a baron, not a duke. Duke Alamar is the duke of Laria, and got Rangers of the Clarion Call.

Talvor the fey also gets lady valkyries, and justus dux now has empire mortals instead of southern rogue knights.

I'm sad that you HAVE to be sarleon to get Clarion Call rangers in 3.5    Pendor has no horse archers now. Well in that case i'll take Torbah and get Windriders. The D'shar empire is defeated in my game anyway.

If you own Laria you can build them too (- you need Sarleon Knights though).

Don't really need to build them unless you want them quickly. The order troops will slowly accumulate in the garrison as long as you own the castle/town

Baron Aeldfried does indeed muster Knights of the Lion and quite a lot. In an almost 135 troop army, about 25 will be Knights of the Lion. I advise everyone to invest on this lord although he's opportunistic. He 'll prove to be a great addition to your ranks plus, when you recruit him, you may raise his Leadership up to 5 in his stats screen - at least that was what I did.

Baron Godric musters Squires of the Lion and Baron Hereward Larian Outriders. Justus Dux now musters Empire Mortals, as already said.
