Unban request for NA and OFFICIAL

Hello dear admin,
Once a day, I awake and I go on my computer, I turn on Mount and Musket and I go in my character, and I go in Official battle. When I want to enter in, it's write : you are banned from this server. After I go in NA and it's the same things. I do nothing and I'm banned for nothing. Now I'm playing on the mod and I don't have good server to go. Please good admin! Can you unban me! My steam account is Florent48 and my name on MMrussia is Cambronne from the 14e Line.

PS: For the date and my number I can't give you because I don't know this information I'm sorry.
