Resolved (Temporary) Graphical blackout

Summary: Most objects and textures in the world are blacked out. UI elements remain unaffected. After some in-game time passes, I can tab out and back in to resolve the issue (This doesn't work if I try it immediately. In-game time must pass, seems to work around dusk.)
How to Reproduce: Happening across all saves on a daily basis.

This only started occuring today. I was able to play for a few hours yesterday without this issue.

Update: It is periodically occuring on a daily basis. Seems to be the same time of day each time as in the video.

I updated to 1.6.2 and the issue seems to be resolved.
