suggestion; Khergit foot unit

Yaa right, did you even play as a khergit on foot once? There is something missing like erm...speed? They don't have any athletics. This gives them a huge disadvantage, the dismounted archers can't even outrun a fully armoured nord when being naked himself.

Funny, I outrun Nords while being a naked Khergit archer all the time. Unless I'm running in to punch them in the face anyway.
