[Suggestion] Crossbow Revisions

Penetration is the wrong way to go, shields should offer inf a fair amount of protection from ranged attacks, but archers/crossbowmen should be able to actually shoot at extremities like legs or the head. Make more precise hitboxes and really skilled "rangers" have a chance against shields, in a less random way as it is now, where you don't know when an arrow/bolt will crush through.
Btw. are bodkin arrows as good in penetrating as bolts are? As far as I know those arrowheads were extremely good and made for armor piercing.

Besides that, one thing that find a bit strange: Archery faction of Vaegirs got less choice in arrow types than Nords? Strange, really strange.

The ability to shoot around shields sounds good in practice, but in reality it would be seriously unbalancing. We have sniper rifles almost when you get decent with a weak bow/xbow and head shots are easy as pie to anyone even semi-close and stationary/straight line moving. Besides, the nord shields would essentially become useless vs ranged at any closeness and headshots over shields would become common. Besides, crossfire is already very effective and 2 archers that see an infantryman approaching can almost always set it up so he has his back to one of them.
