Stuck on The Siege: The messenger (cant find Aethling Aelfred Aethelwulfing)

So I'm negotiating peace with saxons for ragnars sons, I'm meant to talk to a specific lord for some stupid reason and It says he should be near snottingham but he isn't there nor is he at his fiefs. I can't progress in the story until i find this bastard. Can't ask lords where he is because all of Christianity hates me.

Has anyone else had problems with this and can help me?
At this point i am willing to use cheats to find his location because i hate not being able to play the game, but i don't  see a thing to find a character in the cheat menu...
