Resolved Stuck in an Infinite Loop

I convinced the guys (from green faction) attacking me to join my faction (red faction). And whenever I try to move in the map, I can't move an inch because the guys I just convinced start another "your luck ran out" interaction with me. We can't fight, we can't part our ways. I'm stuck with having the same interaction over and over again.

Anybody know a way out of this? I can't propose they are kicked from our faction because it requires 200 influence (I have 183 atm).

I had this issue as well with some mercs. I had to load back to previous save.
